Learn AskOmics

There are two approaches to learn how to use AskOmics. The first one is the overview tutorial. The tutorial can be done on any AskOmics instances (public or self-hosted).

The second way to learn how to use AskOmics is the Galaxy training material. This tutorial explain how to use AskOmics as a Galaxy Interactive Tool on a Galaxy server. The tutorial can be done on usegalaxy.eu or galaxy.genouest.org.
